I need help!!! Can someone help with a doodle train tomorrow Friday in VA? I have a rescue coming out of TN and they can drive to Roanoke VA by 12:00 noon. I need someone to drive Elton from Roanoke to Harrisonburg VA. I can meet you in Harrisonburg around 2-2:30 pm. PLEASE, I REALLY NEED SOMEONE TO DRIVE THE 117 MILES TO GET HIM CLOSER TO ME. I will be fostering him.

This poor guy was dropped off at a shelter after his family decided they could no longer take care of him. He has been an absolute angel since I picked him up on Wednesday. Today he got neutered and vaccinated along with a hair cut.

Obviously from the subject you know I'm leaving a lot out as "play" is a Labradoodle's middle name; it certainly is with Twinkle. In the picture you see her with her favorite toy--for the day--from the basket full in the Family Room.

Wow! It has been a little over 2 weeks since we brought Norman to his forever family. I've been meaning to sit down and post for a while now, but we've been trying to get back to our pre-Norman schedule & it has been a little bit of an adjustment.
We had him two months, so he had plenty of time for his skin to heal. We're definitely missing him at our house, but we could not have asked for a better family for him!

Maggie and Fozzi are now pretty comfortable with each other. They take turns chewing on bones.......that says quite a bit. Fozzi had a rough week in the sense that he wasn't eating much and his tummy was making some strange sounds. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He would eat a bit and then stop.
