I'm an avid dog lover and would like to reach out and help doodles in need. I'm interested in becoming a foster parent or general volunteer as needed to support the cause.
Tell us about your dog(s) and/or other pets that you have:
I have an absolutely beautiful Parti Labradoodle named Zoey. She is my little angel and I can't imagine not having her in my life. She is well trained and spoiled rotten, but I think she will be a noble "teacher" for foster doodles if needed.
Have you read our adoption policies?
I love the non shedding quality of these dogs....not to mention their pleasant temperaments. My labradoodle (Zoey) was factored (to my specifications) by a professional and very reputable/responsible breeder.
Are you now involved in Rescue? If so, how? Are you interested in volunteering with our rescue?

Hi Monica, I will send your request to another member who is usually on the computer. My husband and I pull dogs and have called shelters etc. but we aren't the ones who make any of the organizational decisions. I know that there needs to be someone who can foster. One of the first questions to ask yourself is whether the doodle in question is in a kill shelter and in danger of euthanasia or in a no kill shelter. Other information you need is when the dog was picked up and when it is available to a rescue or adoption.
I see that Amy has forwarded your info. so I won't duplicate. I know volunteers are always appreciated. Everything is run by volunteers who all have other jobs and family obligations and it just might be that no one has had a chance to respond to your offer. Please let me know if you don't get a response within a couple of days.
Welcome Monica (and Zoey). Thank you for your interest in fostering!! Click on the "Volunteer" link at the top of this page and read the info about fostering and then fill out the foster application. Please know though, that not all doodles are nonshedding and it really just varies from dog to dog so it is possible that a foster doodle do some shedding.
Take a look around the site and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again for your interest in fostering!
