Tell us about yourself and how we might help you:: I'm 19 and in college. I'd rather ask how I can help YOU!

Do you currently own a dog? If not, have you owned dogs as an adult, with vet records in your own name (not parents' names)?: I have a mini labradoodle named Sunny. She is 1 year old and is a cream and apricot colored super soft fleece.

I also have a 13 year old dachshund and 3 bearded dragons.

Have you read our adoption policies, located under the "About DRC" tab?: A breeder. I chose her because I wanted a small, soft, low-shedding dog that could share my bed without leaving half her fur in it. I wanted the doodle personality too! When I saw her picture online, I knew she was meant for me.

Are you now involved in Rescue? If so, how? Are you interested in volunteering with our rescue?: I volunteer at the Wake County Animal Shelter, and I've pulled a couple dogs from Franklin County, but I'm not affiliated with any particular rescue group.

He was 6 weeks shy of his 16th birthday.....I owned 2 other standard poodles before him. I can buy a doodle but want to see if a rescue comes my way first as I believe that it is so important to rescue.I live alone, no other pets but I go to the Mtns often ....it is dog paradise where I go, especially if they like the water.I live next door to a Raquet Club that backs into a greenway. There is a dog park close by and plenty of sidewalks to take long walks on. I realize that grooming is a big part of owning a doodle.
