- Where are you located?
- Burke, VA
- Tell us about yourself and how we might help you:
- Current golden retriever and goldendoodle owner. Looking to rescue a doodle.
- Do you currently own a dog? If not, have you owned dogs as an adult, with vet records in your own name (not parents' names)?
- Callie is a ten and a half year old golden retriever and Jaz is an almost 2-year old goldendoodle. We have raised both since they were puppies.
- Have you read our adoption policies, located under the "About DRC" tab?
- Our goldendoodle was from a reputable breeder. We absolutely love the breed!! (Though we, of course, love our golden retriever to death, our doodle is smarter and so adorable and sweet that now we can never go back ;-)
- Are you now involved in Rescue? If so, how? Are you interested in volunteering with our rescue?
- We have fostered golden retrievers in the past and are now looking to adopt a doodle. Both of our current dogs are from reputable breeders, but we believe strongly in rescue and would really like to adopt this time.
