PLEASE BE ADVISED: DRC is a nationwide, volunteer/foster-based rescue organization. We do not operate a kennel, shelter, sanctuary or facility. Dogs in our physical custody are housed in volunteer foster homes throughout North America. While DRC will always do everything in our power to assist ANY doodle dog in need, we cannot accept owner relinquished doodles into foster care, that are aggressive towards dogs or humans.

Because Doodles in foster care live with our volunteers and their families, we cannot risk exposing fosters, their resident dogs, other rescued doodles currently in foster care nor the surrendered doodle, to possible injury resulting from dog or human aggression. We simply do not have the resources to take in, safely house and rehabilitate extremely aggressive dogs.

This does not mean we are unwilling to help.
