I live on the Eastern Shore, MD. Pending work schedule, I will pick-up/transport to any part of DE, MD, VA, and PA within a 4 hour drive.

Comment by Heather Cotton on July 6, 2014 at 11:22am: Hi, I'm new to DRC but have enjoyed the companionship of standard poodles and other large sport breeds my whole life. I live in Black Mountain NC and I'm willing to pull from shelters and transport within 100 miles or so as needed to help DRC.

Comment by Mona Moloney on February 11, 2014 at 8:04pm: I recently read a letter on DRC's Facebook page about a puppy mill in British Columbia that was raided and the poodles and doodles were taken to the SPCA (?) facilities nearby and are not yet available for adoption. If they ask for help in placement and DRC is willing, I'll help with the transport and fostering.

Comment by Rheva Wren on January 12, 2014 at 6:30pm: I am in Hood River Oregon and am ready to transport if you need PNW help. I am willing to travel pretty much all over the Pacific Northwest. I have friends/family I could stay with if needed. The PNW is kind of spread out, but I can do 6-8 hours any direction. (well, not so much west, because we run out of land, but otherwise….)

Comment by Lisa on August 27, 2013 at 7:12pm: Eventually I would love to Foster but since I feel I should be home and it is not be feasible while I still work. In six short (or Long years depending on how you look at it) I will be free to Foster, adopt, be there wherever needed. Meanwhile, because I so love your work and want to be a part I can offer my driving services on weekends or evenings and possibly be a place for the transported one to stay a couple of days while things are worked out between rescue places and new Foster home.

Please let me know how to proceed, what paperwork if any is needed and who I give my contact info too.

Can't wait to help when I can.
