I understand that the DRC doesn't ship animals.

I live in Oklahoma, so do I have to wait until an animal is fostered here before I would be considered eligible to adopt one of your doodle rescues? If not, and I'm interested in a dog being fostered in another state would I be required to drive up/fly up there?

Out of state adoptions are permitted, but the adopter must travel to the dog's foster location to pick him up in person and drive (not fly) him to his new home.
